Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）水中に浸たし得る様に構成した、撲水性ガス透過
    膜を有する防水容器と、防水容器内に収容したガス検出
    素子と、ガス検出素子を付勢するための電源と、ガス検
    出素子からの信号を取りだすための検出回路とを有する
    水溶液中の揮発性成分測定装置。
  2. （２）前記ガス検出素子は、ガス敏感性金属酸化物半導
    体に一対の電極を接続し、前記金属酸化物半導体を加熱
    するためのヒータを設けたものであり、前記換水性ガス
    透過膜を、上記ヒータにより加熱される位置に設けた三
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記職の水
    溶液中の揮発性成分検出装置。
