スクである。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一
符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子、マイクロストリップ線路、誘電体共振器で
    構成されている発振器において、半導体素子の入力側も
    しくは出力側端子につながるマイクロストリップ線路に
    設けた誘電体共振器の上端面に傾斜番もたせたことを特
    徴とする発振器。
