    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子、マイクロストリップ線路からなる発振器に
    おいて、半導体素子の出力側マイクロストリップ線路に
    誘電体共振器を付加するとともに、上記誘電体共振器を
    間にして上記マイクロストリップ線路と対向するように
    別のマイクロストリップ線路を付加したことを特徴とす
    る発振器。
