    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 貴金属坩堝を、耐火坩堝内に耐火性充填材を介して配置
    し、充填材表面に耐火性リングをおいてアフターヒータ
    を載置する型の単結晶引上炉用坩堝におＣ１て、充填材
    表面におかれる耐火性リングが、貴金属性円環を介挿し
    た積層体をなしているものであることを特徴とする単結
    晶引上炉用坩堝。
