CONSTITUTION:A corrosion preventive agent 2 having self-adhesiveness is beforehand adhered in the coating end part of a stainless steel material 1 prior to coating of a strippable paint thereon, and in succession, the strippable paint is coated thereon so as to overlap on said agent to form a painted film 3. The crevis corrosion in the end part of the film 3 is prevented.

塗装方法に関する。

を特徴としている。具体的には通常の塗料又は粘着テー
プを用いて塗膜端部をはがれに〈〈シ、すき間を作らな
いことですき間腐食を防止しようとするものである。

ある。しかしこの塗料はその目的上被塗物との接着力を
やや弱くしであることと、一般にステンレス鋼材に対し
て塗料の密着性が小さいために塗膜端部がはかれやすく
母材とのあいだにすき間を生じることもある。ステンレ
ス鋼材はこの様に微細なすき間の金属表面に腐食(すき
間腐食)をおこしやすい。
