造方法に関するものである。

従来、敷居として用いられるものには、挽材そのものが
集成材に化粧単板を貼着させたものが一般的であるが、
敷居は障子、襖などの摩擦や、人の出入による摩擦によ
り摩耗が激しく、特に耐摩耗性の要求される建材のひと
つとなっている。また表面には襖、障子用の凹溝が刻切
しであるため、凹凸による角部が多く、欠は易いため、
比較的固くて強度のある接材が用いられている。しかし
、これでも木材組成の配列の乱れなどから目切れ状に角
が欠けたり、摩耗がはやいという問題は改善されなかっ
た。また捨材、松材を敷居として用いる地域では材が柔
いため接材以上の欠け、摩耗、汚れ、ヤニのにじみ等が
あり耐用年数も充分とはいたらなかった。これらの問題
を解決するために表面化粧単板に合成樹脂液を強制的に
注入したいわゆる’W、P、O単板としたものを使った
りする事で検討がなされ、一部市販されてはいるが、こ
のような方法では白木調の松、檜の単板は強制的に注入
される樹脂により単板が透明化し、松、檜本来の色調は
得られず黄褐色の樹脂色か下の基材色の色の影響で不自
然な色となり、商品化されるにはいたっていない。

ットし、この上面、及び両側面に飽和ポリエステル樹脂
5〜30重量部、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂95〜40重
量部、不飽和単量体20〜150重量部および重合開始
剤0,3〜10重量部を含有するポリエステル樹脂組成
物の合成樹脂液を含浸した白木調単板を接着剤を介して
単板積層材上面に、単板繊維方向が基材長さ方向と平行
になるように重ね、更にこの上にDAP樹脂、メラミン
樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、およびそれ等の混合物

コール成分とを反応せしめてなる不飽和ポリエステル樹
脂96〜40重量部と前記不飽和ポリエステル樹脂と共
重合し得る不飽和単量体20〜150重量部および重合
開始剤α3−10重量部を含有するポリエステル樹脂よ
りなる樹脂に浸種含浸したもの8枚。

を特徴とする敷居の製造方法。
