Conventionally, to form reinforced cement thin plates, mortar and reinforcing fibers cut into short fibers were sprayed into a picture-shaped formwork using separate sprayers, and after the spraying, they were leveled with rollers and the above process was repeated. The conventional method was to stack the layers until they reached a predetermined thickness.

However, in the above method, each sheet is molded one by one, which results in a lack of work efficiency and makes it impossible to produce large quantities. In addition, the mortar and reinforcing fibers are mixed unevenly, resulting in uneven strength. It had problems such as:

Therefore, the present invention was made to solve the drawbacks and inconveniences of the conventional method as described above. A thin plate forming part is formed between the flat plates by joining and tightening them in a shape,
On the other hand, short fibers of reinforcing fibers are sprayed onto the mortar flowing out from the outlet of the hopper onto the guide plate, and vibration is applied to create a uniformly mixed fiber mortar. This is a method for forming a reinforced cement thin plate by pouring it in small quantities into the molding section by moving the cement, and hardening it. A plurality of forming molds made by attaching flat plates to the side surfaces of a thin frame body formed in the shape of a sun and having engagement protrusions on both sides of the upper end are vertically suspended. , a frame supporting a hopper is mounted so as to be movable, an adjustment plate is attached to the outlet of the hopper to adjust the opening degree of the outlet, and a vibrating guide plate is placed below the outlet and tilted downward on the frame. The main idea is that the fiber spraying device is installed on a pedestal with the fiber spraying device facing the guide plate.

In the molding method according to the present invention, the mortar from the hopper flows out to a guide plate that guides it into the mold, and reinforcing fibers cut into short fibers are sprayed onto the mortar, and the guide plate is vibrated to keep the reinforcing fibers mixed. A thin plate is formed by making the hopper uniform and reciprocating the hopper and guide plate together, and pouring it little by little into a set of molds made up of a thin frame with a sun-shaped cross section and a mold attached to one side of the frame. It is.

In the method of the present invention, the amount of mortar flowing out from the hopper onto the guide plate is controlled by operating the adjustment plate attached to the outlet of the hopper to adjust the opening degree of the outlet. The blending ratio with the reinforcing fibers sprayed into the mortar can be optimized, and since the reinforcing fibers are mixed in after coming out of the hopper, the reinforcing fibers are mixed into the mortar in the hopper in advance and flowed out from the outlet. Problems such as poor mortar flow that occur when using this method can definitely be resolved.

Therefore, the mortar b on which the reinforcing fibers 14 have been sprayed flows out from the outlet of the hopper 7 onto the guide plate 8 and flows downward along the slope of the guide plate 8, but the guide plate 8 vibrates in the front and rear directions. At the same time, since the protrusions 13 are provided on the guide plate 8, the reinforcing fibers 14 are kneaded into the mortar b so that they are uniformly mixed therein and poured into the forming part a of the aggregate mold A'.

After pouring a predetermined amount of mortar b into the molding part a of the mold 8 as described above, it is left to harden at room temperature. After hardening, the bolts, nuts 10 and other fasteners are removed and the respective molds are finished. By separating into type A, a desired thin plate can be obtained.

As described in detail above, the molding method of the present invention consists of a plurality of molds each having a flat plate attached to one side of a thin frame having a cross-sectional shape of square square, joined and tightened in parallel, and a thin plate formed between the flat plates. On the other hand, short fibers of reinforcing fibers are sprayed onto the mortar flowing out from the outlet of the hopper onto the guide plate.
The fiber-filled mortar is made into a uniformly mixed state by applying vibrations, and the fiber-filled mortar is poured little by little into the molded area by reciprocating the hopper and guide plate, and is hardened. It is possible to provide a method that can efficiently form a reinforced cement thin plate with uniform strength and uniform fiber blending.
