Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a descaling and a cold rolling of a hot rolled sheet in the same line and to reduce workers and construction cost, by providing a pre- treating mill for crushing oxidized scale of said sheet and a pair of grinding rolls to the pre-stage of a cold rolling line. CONSTITUTION:A pre-treating rolling mill 2, consisting of dull rolls 7 and supporting rolls 8, crushes oxidized scale down into fine pieces and powder by rugged surfaces of the rolls 7. Next, a descaling device 3 is constituted of a water washer 10, grinding rolls 11 and 11 made of base flexible-synthetic resin mixed with granular grinding medium, and a cover 12. スケール機能を有する冷間圧延設備を提供する目的でな
したもので、その要旨とするところは、熱間圧延材表層
の酸化スケールを破砕するダルロールを有する前処理圧
延機と、可撓性合成樹脂を主材料としこれに粒状研削剤
を混合した研硝ロールとを圧延ラインの前段に設け、冷
間圧延設備を前記圧延ラインの後段に設けたことを特徴
とするものである。

した。このことは、後述する研掃工程における作業性に
重要な意義をもっており、前処理圧延の伸び率を3乃至
20%とすることによシ、酸化スケールを容易に且つ完
全に除去することができる。
