された鋼帯を研摩後巻き取る払出・巻取機と、払い出さ
れた鋼帯の進行方向を変更する複数のデフレクトロール
と、前記デフレクトロール間に配設され研摩液を吹き付
けながら鋼帯表面を研摩する研摩装置と、前記研摩装置
の鋼帯進行方向出側に配設され鋼帯表面の研摩液を除去
する第1のワイピング装置と、前記第1のワイピング装
置の鋼帯進行方向出側に配設され鋼帯表面に付着した異
物を除去する洗浄装置と、前記研摩装置および前記洗浄
装置に研摩液、洗浄液を供給する供給タンク、研摩液、
洗浄液を回収する回収タンクおよび再生するろ過装置か
らなる研摩液・洗浄液供給回収装置とを備えたステンレ
ス鋼帯用研摩設備であって、前記洗浄装置は、高圧スプ
レーと、該高圧スプレーの鋼帯進行方向出側に配設され
た第2のワイピング装置とを備え、該高圧スプレーでは
研摩液・洗浄液供給回収装置から供給された洗浄液を使
用し、使用した洗浄液は直ちに前記研摩液・洗浄液供給
回収装置に戻されることを特徴とするステンレス鋼帯用
