実施され得る固定化酵素膜用いた酵素電極利用の測定装
置のフローシステムを示す。第２図は酵素電極の詳細図
である。第３図はこの考案の一実施例を示す断面図解図
である。 図において、６は酵素電極、６６は固定化酵素膜、６６
１はスキン層、６６２はスポンジ層を示す。　　　　゛

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）電極面に固定化酵素膜を装着し、この固定化酵素
    膜を試料溶液と接触せしめ、酵素反応に伴゛う電極活性
    物質の増減をその電極で測定することにより、試料溶液
    中の被測定物質の濃度を定量するような、酵素電極に用
    いられる固定化酵素膜であって、 電極側が電極活性物質を選択的に透過される高分子薄膜
    からなり、試料溶液側が前記高分子薄膜とは異なる材質
    からなりこの高分子薄膜を密着させることにより支持す
    るとともに前記被測定物質が透過可能な多孔性高分子膜
    に酵素を固定化させてなる、複合膜の酵素電極用固定化
    酵素膜。
  2. （２）少なくとも被測定物質が透過可能な峯孔性高−分
    子膜を作成してその多孔ｉ高分子膜の片面上に前記電極
    活性物質を選択的に透過させ得る高分子薄膜を形成しか
    つこの多孔性高分子膜に酵素を固定化してなる、実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の酵素電極用固定化酵素膜
    。
