  1. （１）少な（とも２つ以上の機能を有するＩＣチップに
    おいて、前記ＩＣチップの出力端子と同一の出力端子を
    ＩＣチップ内にすべて２つ以上設けた事を特徴とするＩ
    Ｃチップの端子構造。
  2. （２）前記出力端子は、前記２つ以上の同一端子と線対
    称または点対称に設けた事を特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のＩＣチップの端子構造。
