Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エミッタ接地したトランジスタのコレクタ回路から直流
    電圧を抵抗分割でこれのベース回路に帰還せしめたトラ
    ンジスタ回路において、前記トランジスタの電源回路を
    、直流電源に分割抵抗及び任意数のダイオードを直列接
    続し且つその順方向電圧により駆動するトランジスタで
    構成して、このトランジスタを用いて前記トランジスタ
    回路の回路用電源電圧を等測的に前記トランジスタ回路
    のトランジスタのベース・エミッタ間順方向電圧に依存
    した電圧とすることを特徴とする負帰還形信号処理回路
    。
