    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２つのエミッタ端子と実質的に１つのベース端子と実質
    的に１つのコレクタ端子とを有しかつ前記２つのエミッ
    タ端子に対して前記ベース端子およびコレクタ端子が共
    通であるトランジスタ回路のエミッタ端子の一方を入力
    端子とし、エミッタ端子の他方を接地しかつそのエミッ
    タ端子に対して順方向にベース端子をバイアスし、かつ
    コレクタ端子を出力端子としたことを特徴とするダイオ
    ード回路。
