    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エミッタが共通接続された第１及び第２差動トランジス
    タと、入力端が前記第１差動トランジスタのコレクタに
    、出力端が前記第２差動トランジスタのコーレクタにそ
    れぞれ接続された電流ミラー回路と、ベースが前記第２
    差動トランジスタのコレクタに接続された出力トランジ
    スタとから成り、前記電流ミラー回路のミラー比を１：
    ｎ（ただしｎ〉１）にしたことを特徴とするトランジス
    タ回路。
