    有する被測定流体の圧力をダイアフラムおよび圧力伝達
    媒体を介して検出し外部に出力する圧力変換器において
    、上記受圧部接液フランジの平面座および内側円筒面か
    ら上記接液フランジの受圧ダイアフラム側とのシール部
    まで、連続的に耐触性皮膜を形成することを特徴とする
    圧力変換器。
