    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 相対向する両側面に電極を形成した角板状の正特性サー
    ミスタを少なくとも２個以上使用し、この正特性サーミ
    スタの電極とリード線の電気接続を２回路となるように
    し、前記サーミスタの両平面に絶縁板を熱的に密着させ
    、この絶縁板の表面上にそれぞれ金属製放熱フィンを熱
    的に密着させるかまたは金属製放熱フィンと金属枠体を
    熱的に密着させ、さらに前記放熱フィン周辺部に金属枠
    体を一体もしくは別体に設けてなる定温発熱体。
