    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電素子の振動方向に沿って相対向して延長する２つの
    面上に上記圧電子に対する駆動電源を与える第１及び第
    ２の駆動電極を付着し、上記第１の駆動電極が付着され
    ている領域内正おけるほぼ中央位置に島状又はストライ
    プ状検出用電極を付着し、この検出用電極から上記圧電
    素子の振動状態を表わす検出出力を得ることを特徴とす
    る圧電振動子。
