  1. 複数個の単位圧電振動子が微細間隙を存して並列され、
    かつ隣接する単位圧電振動子相互は一端において接続さ
    れて屈曲状に連設されると共に、各単位圧電振動子には
    該振動子先端を交互に反対方向に変位すべく電圧を印加
