    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電基板の上下両主面に電極を設けた圧電共振子におい
    て、前記２つの電極のうち少なくとも１つの電極の、圧
    電基板のメイン振動のノード点近傍に相当する部分の厚
    みを、他の部分の電極の厚みにより大きくしたことを特
    徴とする圧電共振子。
