    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水処理用オゾン反応槽から排出される排オゾンを処理す
    るために、排オゾン中の泡を消す装置と、紫外線の照射
    によって排オゾン中Ｑオゾンを分解せしめる装置と、オ
    ゾン分解能力を有する物質を排オゾンと接触させること
    によって排オゾン中のオゾンを分解する装置を一体構成
    としたことを特徴とする排オゾン処理装置。
