Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ孔にビス＋ンを挿入してマスクシリンダからの
    圧液を導入可能な液圧室を区画しだ液圧シリンダ部と、
    孔内に可動体を挿入して一端側に圧縮空気を導入可能な
    圧力室を区画し、可動体の他端側に連設したブツシュロ
    ッドを介して前記ピストンを押圧可能に前記液圧シリン
    ダと直列に設けたブースタ部と、前記液圧室の液圧を一
    端に受圧する中継ピストンを有し、該中継ピストンの移
    動に応じて給排弁を開閉して外部の圧力源から圧縮空気
    を前記圧力室に供給する中継弁とを備えたブースタ・シ
    リンダにおいて、中継ピストンの液圧受圧面をブースタ
    部の他端側に、給排弁をブースタ部の一端側に各々位置
    して、前記中継弁を前記ブースタ部に並列に配設して成
    るブースタ・シリンダ。
