る第１のスイッチと、上記電源を有するときは上記第２
の波形変換回路の出力を選択し、上記電源を有しないと
きは上記第１の波形変換回路の出力を選択する第２のス
イッチと、上記第１のスイッチの出力を上記他端へ送出
する送信回路と、上記他端における上記送信回路の出力
番受信する受信回路と、上記第２のスイッチの出力と上
記受信回路の出力とが所定時限以上一致したときはトリ
ップを発生する回路とを備えたことを特徴とする位相比
