    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダボアを有するシリンダブロックとミ前記シリン
    ダボアの一端を閉じるシリンダヘッドと、前記シリンダ
    ボア内に配設されたピストンとを含、　　み、前記シリ
    ンダヘッドは底面部に燃焼室窪みをまた前記ピストンは
    頂面部にピ′ストン窪みを有し、前記シリンダヘッドと
    前記ピストンとは前記燃焼室窪みの一方の側にスキッシ
    ュエリアを郭定しており、前記燃焼室窪みの周壁部と前
    記スキッシュエリアを郭定するシリンダヘッドの平面部
    との接続部及び前記ピストン窪みの周壁部と前記スキッ
    シュエリアを郭定するピストンの平面部との接続部は各
    々湾曲面を呈するように滑らかに形成されていることを
    特徴とする内燃機関。
