は従来のゲート駆動電流、４は本考案におけるゲート駆
動電流、５は直流電源、６，７は減流抵抗、８はコンデ
ンサ、９はサイリスタ、１０はトランジスタ、１１はサ
イリスタ駆動信号の入力端子。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サイリスタを用いる逆変埠装置におけるサイリスク駆動
    回路において、トランジスタなどの開閉素子によって抵
    抗を通して得られる方形波状の電流と、その方形波状電
    流の立上りと同時にコンデンサを放電して得られるイン
    パルス状の電流とを加えてサイリスタのゲート駆動電流
    としたサイリスタ駆動回路。
