ラッチ機構が設けられて、上記クラッチ機構が、上記第
１段内歯歯車の外周に係合する摩擦板と、同摩擦板に対
向して配設されるべく上記第２段内歯歯車側に係合する
クラッチ板と、上記の摩擦板およびクラッチ板を係脱し
うる押圧機構とで構成されたことを特徴とする、遊星歯
