該両軸の軸線から離間して配設された第2の出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に回転自在に配設された第1歯車と、前記
第1の出力軸に連結された第2歯車と、前記第1歯車に
常時噛合された第1カウンタギヤと前記第2歯車に常時
噛合された第2カウンタギヤとを備えたカウンタシャフ
トと、前記第2の出力軸上に回転自在に配設され前記第
2カウンタギヤに常時噛合された第3歯車−と、前記入
力軸と前記第1の出力軸及び前記第1歯車とを適宜選択
的に連結し得る第1切換手段と、前記第2の出力軸と前
記第3歯車とを接離し得る第2切換手段とを有して成る
