CONSTITUTION:In a thermal head part 2, 136 characters per line corresponding to (5X1) pieces of the heating elements 3-1-3-136 are provided, and character signals of 1/5 line of 136 characters are applied to a connector part 4. The relative positions of the thermal head and heat sensitive paper 5 are moved by every 1/7 line, and the printing for one line of A, B, C,... is performed. Thus the printing speed of the thermal line printer is improved.
