  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 交流電源と負荷とに直列に接続されており、制御端子を
    有するスイッチング素子と、 スイッチング素子の導通角が時間経過と共に増大してゆ
    き、遂には予め定めた値となるようにスイッチング素子
    の制御端子に制御信号を与える回路と、 負荷電流が、導通角が大きいときに流れる値よりも更に
    大きい予め定めた過大な値を超えたとき、その負過電流
    が流れるないようにする回路とを含むことを特徴とする
    負荷の短絡保護装置。
