Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 、電界効果トランジスタのゲートに接続されたコンデン
    サをスイッチの導通による負荷電流によって充電し、そ
    のコンデンサの充電電圧で電界効果トランジスタを遮断
    し、スイッチにはトライアックが並列に接続され、電界
    効果トランジスタの出力は半導体スイッチング素子の制
    御端子に与えられ、この半導体スイッチング素子は電界
    効果トランジスタの遮断時に導通し、半導体スイッチン
    グ素子の導通によってスイッチと並列に接続されたトラ
    イアックが点弧され、コンデンサには抵抗が関連して接
    続されて時定数回路が構成され、スイッチの遮断時にコ
    ンデンサが時定数回路の時定数に従って放電し、コンデ
    ンサの電圧が低くなることによって電界効果トランジス
    タが導通して半導体スイッチング素子が遮断するととも
    にトライアックが遮断する負荷制御回路において、電界
    効果トランジスタに直列に抵抗を接続し、これによって
    半導体スイッチング素子の制御端子に与えられる電界効
    果トランジスタの出力が調整されることを特徴とする負
    荷制御回路。
