DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to hair styling tools such as combs and brushes made of carbon fiber and synthetic resin, and the object thereof is that the hair styling tool of the present invention is made of synthetic resin. Regardless of the use, it does not generate static electricity, has excellent deformation resistance against heat, has excellent chemical resistance, and is reinforced with carbon fiber, making it an easy-to-use and hygienic hair styling tool. This is what we are trying to provide.

Conventional materials for hair styling tools include natural materials such as tortoiseshell, spittlewood, animal tusks, horns, and bones, as well as synthetic resins and metals, but each has its own drawbacks, such as falling.

Also, when cutting hair, combing the hair and cutting it with scissors on the surface of the comb, static electricity is generated.
Hair adheres to the scissors in clusters, causing problems such as hair being cut off in clusters.

The carbon fiber to be mixed with the synthetic resin in the hair styling tool of the present invention is particularly preferably a high-grade carbon fiber having a Young's modulus of 150 kg/ff1 or more.

また炭素繊維が短繊維である場合にはアスペクト比(繊

Further, when the carbon fibers are short fibers, it is desirable that the aspect ratio (ratio of fiber length to diameter) is 5 or more.

The amount of carbon fiber added to the synthetic resin varies depending on the purpose, but is usually used in the range of 1.2 to 78% by weight.

In other words, the electrical resistivity of synthetic resin is usually 1014/Ω or more, but carbon fiber has good electrical conductivity and has an electrical resistivity of 1
0-3/Ω crrL ~ 10-4/Ω is certain, so just mixing 1.5 to 2% by weight of carbon fiber with synthetic resin is considered to be the limit value for static electricity damage ■ Electrical ratio below 06/Ω Sakaki begins to show resistance.

In other words, since the hair styling tool of the present invention does not generate static electricity, hair does not get tangled when styling hair with a comb or brush.
Hair styling is easy and does not damage your hair.

Next, to explain the shape retention property of the hair styling tool of the present invention against heat, for example, the thermal deformation limit of nylon 6 resin is 60
℃, but by mixing 15% carbon fiber with the resin, effects such as raising the temperature to 190°C can be obtained.

Furthermore, carbon fiber has excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to any type of chemicals, so the hair styling tool of the present invention retains its shape well and does not have a sticky surface despite the use of synthetic resin.

In particular, when big-grade carbon fiber is used in the present invention, the carbon fiber has high strength and high elastic modulus, so the wall thickness of the comb can be made very thick, and when making a brush, the bristles can be made very fine. It has the effect of making hair styling easier and giving a beautiful finish.
