In general, a bus duct connecting device is housed in a housing 2, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and has a plate-shaped conductor 1 from which an insulator 6 has been peeled off.The end plate surfaces of the conductor 1 are brought into contact with each other and fixed by a connecting bolt 3. Ta.

However, according to this method, the contact surface of the conductor 1 needs to be subjected to electrical contact surface treatment such as silver plating in order to maintain electrically stable contact over a long period of time.

In addition, due to the heat cycle caused by energization, the dimensions of the tightening part change due to the difference in the thermal expansion coefficients of the conductor 1 and the bolt 3, reducing the tightening force and maintaining the contact pressure between the conductors 1 stably over a long period of time. It was difficult.

When the contact pressure decreases, the contact resistance increases, and if left as it is, the increased contact resistance will cause heat generation and, in the worst case, there is a risk of fire.

In order to prevent this, it is necessary to carry out retightening inspections periodically, which requires a large amount of time and man-hours, and also requires power outages for the bus duct line for a long period of time. There was a drawback.

The present invention was developed in view of the above situation, and the connection of the side conductor connection part does not cause poor electrical contact or mechanical loosening, and reduces the number of work hours for connection and maintenance compared to conventional methods. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bus duct connection device that can significantly reduce the amount of noise.

An embodiment of the bus duct connecting device of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, in which the same parts as those of the prior art are given the same names.

Since the inner conductor 1 cannot be welded by forming a weld bead in the width direction due to the presence of the outer conductor 1, a U-shaped connection piece 4 for the inner conductor shown in FIG. 4 is used to connect the side conductor 1. 1 from below, and weld the U-shaped opening edge and the conductors 1, 1 by forming a weld bead in the longitudinal direction of the conductors.

Therefore, the electrical connection is sufficiently maintained, and the mechanical connection is also strong, and there is no fluctuation in the connection part for a long time even when electricity is applied, so Since retightening is not necessary and electrical contact surface treatment is not required, the number of maintenance and connection work can be reduced.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment, which differs from the above embodiment in that the end surfaces of the conductors 1 and 1 are brought into contact with each other, the end surfaces of the outer conductor 1 are welded in the width direction, and the inner conductor 1 is welded in the width direction. In this example, the connection piece 4 was attached and welded in the longitudinal direction, but in this example, the plate-like flat parts of the conductors 1 and 1 were brought into contact with each other to connect the outer conductor 1.
, 1 are welded in the width direction, and the inner conductors 1, 1 are welded in the longitudinal direction.

That is, in this embodiment, the outer conductors 1, 1 are welded by welding the end face of the outer conductor 1 to the plate-like plane of the other outer conductor by forming a weld bead in the width direction. A weld bead is directly formed and welded on the overlapping surfaces in the longitudinal direction without using a connecting piece as in the above embodiment.

For this reason, in the past, even if the length of the bus duct had to be slightly changed, it had to be replaced, so instead of fabricating the entire bus duct route at once, a portion of the bus duct route was left, and most of the other parts were fabricated and installed, then the dimensions were changed. It was produced by changing.

However, in this embodiment, slight dimensional adjustments can be made at the connection portion, so that the construction period can be shortened, which is an effect of this embodiment, and the other effects are similar to those of the above embodiments.

As described above, the bus duct connection device of the present invention does not cause poor electrical connection or mechanical loosening of the connection at the conductor connection portion, and significantly reduces the number of work hours for connection and maintenance compared to conventional methods. In addition, in this invention, the connection between the ends of multiple plate-shaped conductors is constructed by welding the outer conductor in the width direction of the conductor, while the inner conductor is welded in the length direction of the conductor. Since each conductor can be welded individually without inserting a torch between the connection parts of each conductor, the distance between each conductor connection part can be reduced, the entire connection part can be made compact, and one or both of the connected conductors can be welded. Even if a force is applied in either the width direction or the longitudinal direction, the welds extending in a direction that intersects both directions can resist it, so the peeling force against the welds in each conductor can be kept small. This has the effect of achieving a mechanically stable connection.
