The present inventor has previously proposed that a mold blowing nozzle is made of a flexible material having a hollow peep nozzle body having an attachment part to the blow plate and an end face with a cross-shaped cut on the opposite side of the body to the attachment part; "A peep nozzle for a mold making machine, in which a hollow nozzle insert that can be inserted into the hole is detachably attached to the main body, and the outer diameter of the hollow nozzle insert is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the blowing hole" (Jikko Sho 51) -8008) and put it into practical use.

As shown in the figure, the nozzle rubber 5 consists of a nozzle comb base 6, a nozzle rubber end γ, and a nozzle rubber conical part 8, and the nozzle rubber end 7 has a plurality of radial cuts 9 as shown in FIG.
The incision 9 is opened and closed in a known manner as compressed air is blown into and exhausted from the sandbox (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 2, a cooling water passage 11 is provided around the fitting part of the peep nozzle of the present invention with the blow plate 10 as a mechanism for cooling the heat transferred from the heating mold.

In the above explanation, the nozzle rubber was used as an example, but the material is not limited to a comb, and any flexible material may be used. Depending on the model of the mold making machine, a heat-resistant flexible material may be used.

The peep nozzle of the present invention has nozzle rubber 5 like the conventional one.
The end face is not a right angle, but is shaped like a truncated cone or a hemisphere as described above, and a plurality of radial cuts 9 are provided on the end face of such a shape.

Therefore, even if the cut 9 is opened by blowing compressed air into the sandbox, the degree of deformation of the base of the cut 9 is small unlike in the case where the cut 9 is at a right angle (as shown in Figure 4), and the open portion tends to become large (D >D'), the molding sand is easily blown in a short period of time and provides restoring force to the cut 9, so that the useful life of the tip of the nozzle rubber 5 is shortened.

Furthermore, since the nozzle insertion part 3 in the form of a metal tube is installed inside, the nozzle rubber 5 can be held securely, and the heat in the nozzle rubber part 5 can be cooled by heat transfer to the metal nozzle insertion part 3, so that the useful life of the nozzle rubber 5 can be reduced. It has the effect of increasing the durability and there is no risk of sand leakage, etc. (It has a service life several times longer than conventional products.
