Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、便利な製品取出し手段を有する、完全に閉封
された製品保持器に関する。
作り付けの取出し手段を有する製品保持器は従来技術に
おいて既に知られ、その−例は米国特許第３，１９８，
４１１号明細書に示されているが、このような保持器は
従来から一般に不便であり、信頼性に乏しいとされてい
る。
本発明による製品保持器は、相連結された底壁、土壁お
よび側壁を有し、土壁、底壁および側壁の両端にはそれ
ぞれ端片が連結され、−組のウェブ板が一つの端片の端
と隣りの端片の端とを相連結し、相隣る端片中に一組の
裂断線がそれぞれ作られ、上記裂断線は、相隣る端片と
、この端片が連結された壁との接合線から出て、相隣る
端片の端とウェブ板との交点に至る。
以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例により説明する。
第１図において、保持器の底壁／の両側端には側壁コお
よび３がそれぞれ折目線ダおよびＳに沿って可折曲げに
連結され、保持器の土壁は土壁板６と７との組合せによ
り形成され、土壁板６およびりはそれぞれ折目線ｔおよ
び９に沿って側壁コおよび３の上端に可折曲げに連結さ
れる。
保持器には持運び手段が設けられ、この手段は、手入れ
孔１０および／／により形成され、手入れ孔ｌＯおよび
ｌｌはそれぞれ上壁根基および７から打出される。さら
にクッシ曹ン片ｌコおよび１３が設けられ、これらはそ
れぞれ折目線陣およびｌＳに沿って土壁板６および７に
連結される。
保持器の端蓋構造は、部分的Ｋ、端片／６および１７の
形に作られ、これらはそれぞれ折目線ｉｔおよび／９に
沿って側壁−の両端に連結され、さらに、側壁３０両端
にはそれぞれ折目ＩＩ−および２ＪＫ沿って端片〃およ
びコ／が連結され、同様に、底壁ｌの両端にはそれぞれ
折目線コロおよびコクに沿って端片評およびｊが連結さ
れる。
追加の端飯構造が部分的端片Ｘおよびコツの形に作られ
、これらはそれぞれ折目線３０およびｊ／に沿って上壁
板６の両端に連結され、同様に、部分的端片３２および
３３が折目線３４！および３３に沿って土壁板７０両端
に連結される。また、端片コク、おおよび部分的端片２
ｇ、　評、　３コ、３３中にはそれぞれ曲げ線、？ｊ、
　３７．３ｇ、　Ｊ？、ダ０．４１／が作られ、よって
、斜めの隅板Ｂ、〜Ｂ６が形成される。斜めの隅板Ｂ。
〜Ｂ６は、本発明においては多くの場合望ましいのであ
るが、ある場合には省略され得る。
上記種々な端片を相連結する手段がウェブ板ゲコ〜ダ９
の形に作られる。これらのウェブ板ダコ〜ダ９は事実上
同形であるから、ウェブ板ダ７および何に就てのみ詳細
を述べる。すなわち、ウェブ板ａｔは折目線ＳＯに沿っ
て端片コに可折曲げに連結され、クエブ板何の他端は折
目線Ｓ／に沿って端片／りに可折曲げに連結され、同様
に、ウェブ板４１７は折目ｌＳコおよびＳ３に沿ってそ
れぞれ端片Ｊおよび！／に連結される。本発明が適用さ
れ得る型の［完全に閉封本発明の一特命によれば、端片
／７およびコｌ中に裂断線３４＜およびＳ５がそれぞれ
作られ、裂断線１１１および結はそれぞれ、側壁コおよ
び３と端片／りおよび一／との接合線から発して、端片
１７およびコｌの端と折目線５／およびＳ３との交点ま
で至る。さらに、ウェブ板ｙｇおよび４（７から遠い裂
断線５ダおよび３ｊの端からはそれぞれ拡張スリット３
１およびＳ７が出、拡張スリブ）＆ＡおよびＳりはそれ
ぞれ側壁コおよびＪ中に作られる。側壁コおよび３の過
剰な裂断を防ぐために、拡張スリット３４および５７に
はそれぞれ終端切込みｓｇおよびＳ９が作られ、切込み
５ｇ、　３９は、鉤形であり、底壁ｌに向けてカーブし
、各側壁コおよび３中で終る。
保持器のためのロック手段はロック片４０−１３の形に
作られ、これらのロック片はそれぞれ資ツク孔６４ｃ〜
６７と周知の如く協力する。各ロック片６０〜４３は踵
部および足先部を有する。ここに付記するに、本発明は
、「ロック片６０−基３およびロック孔μ〜４７を有せ
ず、端片が、接着剤の如き他の手段により相固定される
保持器」に対しても適用され得るＯ 第１図に示した素材から保持器を作るには、まず、側壁
コおよび上壁板６が持上げられ、折目線４１に沿って、
第一図に示す位置へ折曲げられ、ついで、土壁板りおよ
び部分端片３コ、、７３Ｋ、第一図に点彩で示す如く接
着剤が施され、ついで、これらの部分７，３コ、３３が
持上げられ、折目線！に沿って、第３図に示す位置に折
曲げられ、よって、土壁板りおよび部分端片Ｊコ、　３
３がそれぞれ上壁板６および部分端片コ、コｔに接着さ
れる。１１１１コおよびＪは、（包装の際に）、底１１
／および上１１６゜りに対して垂直な位置に広げられる
。
これに続いて、保持器に所望の内容物が入れら“れ、つ
いで、端片評、Ｊ、コｔ、コデ、　、７．２．３３が保
持器の内方へ折曲げられ、ついで、端片／Ａ、　／７．
２０゜コ／が内方へ折曲げられ、ロック片６０〜６３お
よびロック孔評〜４７により四ツクされる。保持器をさ
らに、周知の如く接着剤により閉鎖状態に固定すること
も出来る。
本発明による「取出し機能」を用いるには、手により、
端片／りおよびコ／がそれぞれ裂断線評およびｊｅｔに
沿って裂断され、ついで、端片コが、第５図に示す位置
に下げられ、ついで、かんＣの如ぎ内容物を取出すため
に、かんＣの両端が把握されて、かんが保持器から取出
される。かんＣの端を把握することを容易にするために
、拡張スリットｊ番および５りが設けられ、これＫより
、使用者の指を、かんＣの両端と側壁コおよび３との間
に入れるに充分な隙間が与えられる。取出し手段を再使
用し得るようにするには、端片ｊを折目線コアに沿って
上方に上げ、端片おを端片１７およびコ／の下部の下に
押込めば足りる。これにより、かんＣの偶発的飛出しが
防止される。これは、上記の事により端片ｊのロックが
有効に行われ得るからである。
上述より明らかなる如く、本発明により、便利であり、
再使用され得る取出し手段を有する、完全に閉封された
製品保持器がここに提供されたのである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 ｌ）底壁と；この底壁の両側端にそれぞれ連結された一
    組の側壁と；これらの両側壁の上端にそれぞれ連結され
    た土壁と；上記上壁、底壁および側壁の各端に連結され
    た端片と；この端片の一つの両端と、相隣る端片とをそ
    れぞれ相連結する一組のウェブ板と；上記相隣る端片中
    にそれぞれ作られた一組の裂断線とを有し、上記裂断線
    がそれぞれ、上記相隣る端片とこれに連結された壁との
    接合線から出、上記相隣る端片の両端上において上記ウ
    ェブ板に近い点に至るように構成された製品保持器。 コ）−組の拡張スリットが上記接合線から出て上記連結
    された壁中京で至る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の製品保
    持器。 ３）上記一つの漏片中に、これに連結された上記底壁の
    端と平行に曲げ線が作られる特許請求の範囲第１項記載
