たものを成型するだけであるから従来のような複難な集
束圧縮機構を必要とせず結束ロールだけで円滑確実に行
うことができその構成も極めて簡易である優れた特徴を

3、発明の詳細な説明
本発明は練製品の集合成型装置に関する。
従来練製品をそうめん状に切断したものを筒状に成型し
た所謂かに脚風練製品が知られているが、特開昭55〜
124476号公報や特開昭56〜64768号公報に
見られるように何れも扁平線成品を切断ロールで一旦線
条に切断したものを束状に集めて筒状に成型しているの
が現状である。
しかしながらこのように線条に切断する方式は切断した
線条練製品がバラバラになって集束時にその引揃方向が
乱れ各線条練製品を整然と集束することが困難であると
共に密着結合力も光分でないため集束装置の集束成型距
離や圧力等も太きくしなければならず、その構成も大型
化する欠陥がある。
本発明はこれらの欠陥を改善するようにしたもので、扁
平帯状練製品に切断しないように線条溝目を刻設する一
対の溝条刻設ロールの前部に、少くとも一側に捲込側板
を有する複数のロール群よりなる捲込装置を前記−側の
捲込側板が前方に至るに従い漸次他側に偏寄するように
設置すると共に該捲込装置には連続して一対の結束ロー
ルを設けたことを要旨とするものである。
本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、扁平帯状の
練製品図にその長手方向に切断しないように線条溝目を
形成する一対の溝条刻設ロール(11(1)の前方には
、左右一対の側板の間隔を漸次狭く形成した回転自在の
ロール(2+ (21(2r(2m群からなる捲込装f
(3)が−側の捲込側板は同一直線上に配置されまた他
側の捲込側板は前方に至るに従い漸次他側に偏寄するよ
うに設置されると共に該捲込装置(3)の前部にはこれ
に連続して上下一対の駆動されル結束ロール(4)(4
)が設けられており、更に該結束ロール(4) (4)
の011部には公知にフィルム包被装置(5)、フィル
ムシール装置(6)、切断機(7)が順次設けられてい
る。
なおロール群(2) (2丁(2)′(2)″の同一直
線上の側板は省略することもでき、また前記フィルム包
被装置(5)には必要に応じて包被前のフィルム内面に
着色する着色吹付具(8)を設けると一層かに脚に酷似
させることができる。図中(9)はフィルム捲回ロール
である。
本発明実施例は上記のように構成されているから扁平帯
状の練製品(A)を一対の溝条刻設ロール(1)(1)
間に連続供給すると、練製品図には切断しない程度の線
条溝目が形成されてバラバラに分離しない状態で捲込装
#(3)のロール(2+ (2)<2Y’(2rの捲込
側板によりその一側から漸次渦巻状に捲回され、次いで
一対の結束ロール(4) (4)で成型圧縮された後、
公知のようにフィルム包被装置(5)でその周面なフィ
ルム中)で包被されフィルムシール装置(6)でフィル
ム上部をゾールし、更に切断装置(7)で所定の長さに
切断されて製品(C)となるものである。
本発明は扁平帯状練製品に一対の溝条刻設ロールで切断
しないように線条溝口を形成したものを捲込側板を有す
るロール群からなる捲込装置で一側から渦巻状に捲回す
ると共にこれを一対の結束ロール間で円筒状に圧縮成型
するようにしたので、従来の方式のよつVC線条練製品
がバラバラに乱れることがなく引揃え方向の揃った品質
の良いしかも成型結合力も大きいかに脚風練製品を能率
良く製造することができると共に集束成型手段は渦巻状
に捲回したものを成型するだけであるから従来のような
複雑な集束圧縮機構を必要とせず結束ロールだけで円滑
確実に行うことができその構成も極めて簡易である優れ
た特徴を有する。
