【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)  コンベアに具をのせた平らな飯及び海苔を飯
を前側にした又は海苔の上に飯をのせた状態で巻取シー
トを介在して搬送し、その搬送途中において、巻取シー
トの先端縁を持ち上げてコンベア上方で固定し、そのの
ち、巻取シートを滑ることなく搬送し、その搬送力によ
り巻取シートを介して飯を海苔とともに搬送方向の逆方
向に巻込んで巻取ることを特徴とする巻鮨の成形方法。
