DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing chenille yarn, and its purpose is to provide a method for producing a strong chenille yarn that is difficult to remove fluff compared to conventional chenille yarn. There is something to do.

As is well known, chenille thread is also called caterpillar thread, and is a cylindrical thread with six threads surrounded by fluffy threads, resembling a caterpillar. As shown in the figure, a desired number of warp thread groups 9 are arranged in large numbers at increased intervals, and weft threads 10 that become fluffy threads are driven therein to produce a woven fabric. After that, the weft threads at locations where no warp threads are present are cut, and the warp thread groups are It is produced by obtaining a large number of threads in which cut weft threads are intertwined with each other, and then heating each of these threads.

By the way, in these conventional methods, the weft yarns are cut simultaneously over the entire width of the fabric by a plurality of cutters 11.
If there is a difference in the cutting performance of 11, the weft thread will be pulled toward the cutter side with inferior cutting performance, resulting in uneven width of the thread after cutting, which will form an accurate cylindrical shape when heated. This has caused problems such as the warp threads being unable to be cut, or the warp threads loosening and the weft threads falling off after being cut before the heating process, which has been a major hindrance in terms of control and work efficiency during manufacturing.

Furthermore, even after commercialization, the fluffy yarns tend to fall off, which is a major defect in the performance of the chenille yarns.

As a countermeasure to these problems, attempts have been made to increase the gripping force of the warp on the weft by using a Karami texture at the intersection of the warp and weft, but even in this method, since the weft to be gripped is straight, It is difficult to prevent slippage in the weft direction, and furthermore, a sagging device is required, resulting in technical and economic disadvantages such as complexity in weaving and a decrease in production efficiency due to a decrease in the number of rotations of the loom. could not be a solution to the problem.

On the other hand, in the manufacturing method according to the present invention, after weaving a large number of narrow cloth fabrics at once using a narrow cloth loom, these are cut in the warp direction and each is divided into two threads, and then these are further divided into two threads. This method uses heating to solve the problems that exist in conventional chenille yarn manufacturing methods.

The warp yarns 1 on both sides are arranged in a desired number with a dense warp density, and 6
The gripping force on the weft yarns as yarns is increased, and the ground warp yarns 2, which are waste yarns, have the function of increasing weavability by sparsely distributing the desired number of yarns.

In addition, the cover warps 3, 3, which are arranged at appropriate intervals between the double-sided warps 1, 1 and the ground warp 2, are wound spirally around the 6 yarns by later heating, and the weft It becomes a reinforcing thread that prevents it from falling off.

The narrow cloth fabric 5 woven with the above structure is cut in the warp direction at its center, the ground warp 2 is removed as waste threads, and the cut V is cut into the selvage warp 1 and the cover warp 3 as shown in FIG. It is divided into threads 6 each composed of a character-shaped weft 4b.

Thereafter, by heating the yarn 6 a desired number of times, the selvedge warp becomes 6 yarns 7 as shown in FIG. The cover warp 3 is spirally wound around the yarn 7, and the fluffy yarn 4 is pulled out to obtain a firm chenille yarn 8 that does not fall off.

Here, to describe the action of the cover warp 30 on the 6th thread 7 in more detail, the cover warp 3, which is thinner than the 6th thread 7, is arranged parallel to the selvedge warp at a certain distance and then heated. Because of this, the thin cover warp 3 wraps around the thick 6 threads 7 in a spiral manner, and as a result, the selvedge warp threads, which are the 6 threads, are not only tightened and reinforced from the outside, but also are shown in Figure 5. As shown in the cross-sectional view, the cover warp yarns 3 intersect the fluffy yarns 4, promoting the outward expansion of the fluffy yarns 4, and promoting the formation of chenille yarns having softer and more uniform fluffy yarns.

Moreover, the cover warp 3 not only functions as a reinforcing thread, but also has a design effect as a decorative thread by using a special thread for the cover warp.

As mentioned above, regarding the method for manufacturing chenille yarn according to the present invention,
As explained in detail, according to the present invention, compared to the conventional manufacturing method of chenille yarn, the weft yarn that becomes the fluffy yarn is bent in a V-shape from the beginning and intersects with the selvedge warp yarn. There is extremely little chance of the fabric falling off during manufacturing or after commercialization, further improving production efficiency and product quality.Furthermore, the use of cover warp yarns not only enhances the gripping effect of the fluffy yarns, but also brings about a design effect. Furthermore, with the advent of strong chenille yarn with extremely low shedding of fluff, chenille yarn, which was previously used simply as a material in the textile industry such as textiles, is now being used for interior purposes such as shading, decoration, and as a material for coagulating algae. We were able to obtain remarkable effects such as establishing a unique field of use in the fisheries industry, etc.

It goes without saying that this method has not only increased the value of chenille yarn itself, but also brought great benefits to the industry that provides the narrow fabrics that are the raw material for chenille yarn.
