本発明は下水より除去された汚砂等を砂とごみ及び微粒
子とを上向流を利用して分離分級する方法に関するもの

下水より回収される汚砂は無機質の砂、微粒砂や有機質
のごみ等が混合した状態で、その混合割合も一定ではな

本発明はこのような状態の汚砂等を動力により強制的に
攪拌する装置を用いることなく洗浄分離分級槽内で生じ

との衝突との利用により分離分級を行なわんとするもの

離分級槽2内へ連続的もしくは間 的に供給するとこの
槽2内に給水管3より摺接線方向に供給される洗浄水は
旋回となっているため該槽内で投入汚砂は攪拌され、塊

排出されると共にこれよりも重い砂は槽下部のホッパー
4上に落下し該ホッパー上を低い方向へと辷つてその中
央の開口部に達し、ここよりさらに下方の上向流分離筒

ットコンベア等の掻上装置12にて掻き上げられ洗砂排

れ、設定された粒子径以上の砂のみが上向流にさからつ
て沈降するようになしているため他の動力源を用いるこ
となく汚砂の洗浄とともに分離分級が簡易確実に行える

Claims (1)
離分級槽に下水等より回収された汚砂等を投入し、この
投入汚砂を旋回流となって供給される洗浄水にて攪拌分
解した後槽内を沈降せしめ、上記上向流分離筒上方位置
に対設した吸水管の吸水にて発生する上向流にて沈降汚
砂を分離分級し、比較的軽量なる汚砂等を吸入管にて吸
引分離し、ここで分離されなかつた比較的重い汚砂等を
次に上向流分離筒を降下させ該筒内に設けた傾斜をもつ
た邪魔板に衝突させてさらに汚砂中の有機性ごみ、微細
粒子と重い砂等とを分離分級し、重い砂のみを槽下部に
沈降せしめるようになしたことを特徴とする汚砂等の分
