  1. エミッタにそれぞれ定電流源が接続された３個のトラン
    ジスタを有し、これらトランジスタは、その第１及び第
    ２トランジスタのエミッタ間並びに第２及び第３トラン
    ジスタのエミッタ間に抵抗が接続され、少なくとも上記
    第２トランジスタのコレクタ又は上記第１及び第３トラ
    ンジスタのコレクタより出力が取出されることを特徴と
    するマトリックス回路。
