    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数のチップ状試料の電気的特性を自動的に測゛定させ
    る装置において、前記チップ状試料に接触させるための
    接触片に、リードリレーの接点の一方の端子を接続させ
    、金属又は絶縁物で成るフレーム上に前記接触片と接続
    したリードリレーを少なくとも２個以上並べてとりつけ
    、さらに前記リードリレーのもう一方の端子を共通ライ
    ン番ト接続させることを特徴とするチップ状試料装着ヘ
    ッド。
