Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光学系を介して測定すべき平面図形の順次走査する光電
    変換手段と、この光電変換手段で検出された像を２値化
    してノイズを除去する二値化回路と、この二値化回路の
    ２値化した画像信号の連続ビット数を各走査ラインごと
    に検出する連続ビット数カウンタ回路と、前記連続ビッ
    ト数の最大値より小さく設定した基準連続ビット数を格
    納する記憶回路と、この記憶回路の基準連続ビット数と
    前記２値化映像信号とから連続ビットの開始点座標値と
    終了点座標値とを検出しでこれらの開始点座標値と終了
    点座標値との中間座標値を算出する座標算出回路とを含
    み、前記平面図形の中心位置を求めることを特徴とする
    平面図形位置検出装置。
