る。

ゴムロールの直径の変化、即ち周速の変化を利用してベ
ニヤ単板をノシイカの様に広げてカールを矯正する作用
を生じさせている関係上、材質的に広がり易い個所は必
要以上に広がり、広がり難い個所は全く広がらないとい
うカールの矯正作用に斑が生じる重大な欠陥があったも
のである。

げ作用の力点もローラー3A、3A’の軸線方向(X−
X方向)の−線上に集中することがなく、突起部材3b
、3b’の捩れ角に添って力点が斜めに移動して押し曲
げ作用による表割れ2aの形成があるから、該捩れ押し
曲げローラー3A、3A’は円滑に回転すると共に前記
表割れ2aが繊維方向に連続することなく個々に分散さ
れるので、過大な動力装備やベニヤ単板2を破断するお
