(考案の目的)
本考案はベニヤレースによつて切削されて吐出
する切削時の裏割れによつて表側に大きくカール
しているベニヤ単板を略平坦に矯正するベニヤ単
板のカール矯正機に係るものであつて、その目的
とする所は従来のこの種カール矯正機の同類装置
として見られている、例えば特開昭56−80402号
単板のテンダーライジング方法に開示されている
ベニヤ単板を押し曲げて割れを入れて柔軟化する
テンダーライシング装置のように、通常の歯車の
歯先のような台形状の鋭角部分を有する凸部と、
逆台形の広幅空間部分を有する凹部とからなる歯
車状回転体を上下に対峙した間にベニヤ単板を挿
入してその表面と裏面に交互に細かい割れを入れ
ることによつてこれを柔軟化するカール矯正機の
同類装置があつたが、この種の同類装置において
はその台形状の鋭角部分を有する凸部と、その逆
台形状の広幅空間部分を有する凹部とから構成さ
れる上下一対の歯車状回転体の間にベニヤ単板が
挿入されてその表裏に割れが入れられる時の状態
は、凸部の鋭角部分と凹部の広幅空間部分とによ
つてベニヤ単板の材質中に一点集中的に大きな割
れが入れられることになつて、その理想とする細
かな、しかも繊維方向に大きく延びない短かい多
数の割れの発生を実際問題として困難なものにし
ていた折り曲げ機構上の重大な難点を払拭すべ
く、比較的小曲率半径の丸味をおびた凸部と、該
凸部に対して同心円的に対峙させた比較的大曲率
半径の丸味をおびた凹部とからなる上下一対の押
圧ローラーからなる複数個のカール矯正機を直列
に連設してその凸部と凹部の噛み合い位相を順次

ることによつて、ベニヤレースの切削時の裏割れ
に起因するカールを略平坦に矯正して搬出コンベ
アー8上に完全に受渡すように装置したものであ

質中に一点集中的に大きな割れを入れることにな
つて矯正後の広幅の製品の収得率を著しく低位な
ものとし、歩留りや品質も低位なものとしていた
