Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は該磁気共鳴装置（ＮＭＲ装置）の試料装置に関
し、特に液体クロマトグラフ（ＬＣＧ）と結合した際に
試料回転を可能にする試料装置に関する。
近時ＬＣＧとＮＭＲ装置とを直結し、ＬＣＧにより分離
された溶出成分を順次ＮＭＲ装置に導入して各溶出成分
を連続的に分析する試みがなされている。
この様な場合ＮＭＲ装置の試料装置は上部にＬＣＧによ
り分離された溶出液を導入する機構を設けると共に下部
に分析後の溶出液を排出する機構を設ける必要があるた
め従来試料のスピニングは困難であった。
従ってスピニングによる分解能の向上は期待できなかっ
た。
本考案はこの様な従来の問題点を解決すべくなされたも
のであり、以下図面を用いて本考案を詳説する。
図面は本考案の一実施例を示す断面図である。
同図において１はガラス製の試料管、２は該試料管１を
エアベアリングで保持するステータであり、該試料管は
上部に取付けたロータ３に加圧エアーを吹付けることに
より高速回転される。
更に試料管１の底部にはその回転軸に沿った排出通路を
有する弁座４が嵌挿さへ該排出通路は弁座４の上端面と
密接し得るような円錐面を持つ弁体５によって閉じられ
るようになっている。
６は該排出通路を介して下方に取出された弁体の下端部
と前記゛弁座４との間に介在する弾性体であり、該弾性
体６により弁体５の円錐面は弁座４に押圧される。
従ってＬＣＧ等から導入管７を介して送られて来る試料
液を滴下すれば、試料管１内には試料液がとどめられる
ことになる。
８は上記弁体５の下方に配置された操作棒である。
該操作棒８を用いて弁体５を押し上げれば試料管１内の
試料液を排出通路を介して外部へ排出することができる
。
尚９は排出管、１０は検出コイノヘ １１は該検出コイ
ルを保持する筒体である。
斯かる構成となせば測定時には試料管を回転させること
により分解能を向上させることができ、又測定が終了し
たならば回転を止め操作棒を用いて弁体を押し上げるこ
とにより試料液を排出することができ、ＬＣＧ等とＮＭ
Ｒ装置とを直結してもＬＣＧの各溶出成分を連続的にか
つ高分解能での測定が可能となる。
尚弁座５の押上げは操作棒８によらなくても、気体を弁
座に向けて吹付けてその圧力で行ってもよい。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料管と、該試料管を回転させる手段と、該試料管の底
    部に取付けられると共に該試料管の回転軸に沿った排出
    通路を有する弁座と、該弁座の上面と密接し該排出通路
    を閉じるための面を持つと共に該排出通路を介して下方
    に取出された下端部を持つ弁体と、該弁体を上方に押上
    げる手段とを備えたことを特徴とするＮＭＲ装置の試料
    装置。
