Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は半導体用ボンディングワイヤーのスプールを収
納するケースの改良に関する。
従来のこの種ケースは、スプールを取り出す際蓋体を開
けると蓋体の押え凹部にスプールが引掛ってずれ動きス
プールに巻回した半導体用ポンチ゛イングワイヤーがス
プールから解けたり切断することがあった。
本考案はこの様な従来品の欠点に鑑み、蓋体を開ける時
スプールが容体からずれ動く惧れのないスプールケース
を提供せんとするものである。
以下、本考案実施の１例を図面に就て説明すれば、容体
１及び蓋体２はプラスチック材を使用し真空成型法等で
成型し、容体１の内部にボンディングワイヤーＡを巻回
したスプールＢを収容し、上部から蓋体２を被嵌状に被
せるものである。
容体１はその外周縁に蓋体２と嵌合する外周隆３を突設
し、中央部には筒状スプールＢを定置嵌合する嵌合隆４
を突出形成する。
嵌合隆４は筒状スプールＢの内径とほぼ同じ径をもつ平
面円形状で且つ若干先細りのテーパーを有する緩円錐梯
形状に形威し、その高さは外周隆３より高くスプールＢ
の長さの２／３程度とする。
蓋体２は容体１の外周隆３に適合嵌合してスプールＢが
ガタ付かないように被嵌するもので、その深さく高さ）
はほぼスプールＢの長さと同じ位に形成し、中央部に容
体１の嵌合隆４と対応してスプールＢと合致嵌合する押
え凹部５を凹設する。
押え凹部は蓋体２を容体１に被蓋した際、容体の嵌合隆
４頂部４′と当接するように凹設し、その下端周縁５′
を面取りして円弧状に形成する。
本考案は斯様に構成したので、スプールを容体の嵌合隆
に嵌合させ蓋体を容体に被蓋すれば、スプールは容体の
嵌合隆と蓋体とで定置状に押えられガタ付くことなく収
納できる。
又、スプールを取出すべく蓋体を開ける際、蓋体を真上
に引き上げないで蓋体の一辺をもって引き上げ開けても
、スプールは容体の嵌合隆に嵌合され、しかも蓋体の押
え四部はスプールに浅く嵌合している上に下端周縁を円
弧状に形成しである為、スプールが蓋体の押え凹部に引
掛って容体からずれ動く慣れがない。
従って、スプールに巻回したポンチ゛イングワイヤーが
スプールから解けたり、切断する事故もなくなる。

  1. 容体の中央部に筒状スプールと合致嵌合する嵌合隆を外
    周隆より高く突出形成すると共に緩円錐梯形状に形威し
    、蓋体は前記外周隆に嵌め合い接合する周壁を有すると
    ともに中央部に容体の嵌合隆と対応しｆスプールと嵌合
    する押え凹部を前記嵌合隆の頂部と当接するように凹設
    し、該押え凹部の下端周縁を面取りして円弧状に形成し
    たスプールケース。
