て、前記負の消弧パルスを発生する回路をパルストラン
ス、スイッチング素子からなる直列回路と、前記パルス
トランスの２次側にダイオードと抵抗の並列回路とコン
デンサとの直列回路を並列に接続した回路で前記ダイオ
ードのアノードを前記ゲートターンオフサイリスタのゲ
ートに電気回路上、近くなる向きにいれた回路を構成し
たことを特徴とするゲートターンオフサイリスタのゲー
