  1. 柱状導体の外周に良伝熱性かつ良導電性の金属平板を隙
    間を隔てて積層した積層形半導体冷却体であって、前記
    積層された金属平板の中心を貫通ずる柱状導体は複数本
    にて構成したことを特徴とする積層形半導体冷却体。
