Wooden sleepers were the mainstream of conventional track sleepers, but PC sleepers are now being used due to the recent increase in train speeds, heavy cargo transportation, and reduction in maintenance work.

However, PC sleepers are heavy and difficult to install, and
Since sleepers are susceptible to bending stress, rubber bats are used to distribute the wheel load so that the load does not concentrate unilaterally on the PC sleepers, but this This results in a very large PC sleeper, which is uneconomical.

A steel sleeper, for example, has a structure in which a steel plate 23 with a vault hole 22 drilled therein so that a rail 21 can be fixed to the cutting surface of a shaped steel 20 is fastened with a vault 25 via a clip 24, and this method is used. Rail pressure acts on this fastened portion simultaneously in the horizontal and vertical directions, causing loosening of the vault 25 and making the rail 21 unstable. Also, since the gauge (the distance between the rails) cannot be adjusted freely, the sleeper 20 must be installed in an accurate position and a slack is required, install the vault hole 2 while actually measuring it on site.
2, making gauge adjustment work extremely difficult.

Also, during maintenance work, rerouting the rail 210 and adjusting the gauge can only be done using the long groove adjustment holes (bolt holes 22) in the rail width direction. The problem was that it easily loosened when exposed to direct contact.

In addition, with conventional PC sleepers, adjustment between the rails when the rails are fastened is done by interposing an adjustment fitting between the rear end of the clip that presses the rail and the raised part of the seat plate, but this method reduces the vibration of the rail. Since the adjusting metal fitting is interposed at the rear end of the clip where the clip is directly applied, the locking of the rear end is unstable and the fastening is likely to loosen due to vibration of the rail.

In order to solve the drawbacks of the conventional fastening method for steel sleepers and PC sleepers, the present invention uses a slidable diamond-shaped tie plate to adjust the lateral force of the rail by adjusting the length of the bolt holes 22. It is received and fixed in the radial direction.

That is, in the present invention, a spacing material 4 is welded and fixed to a steel sleeper 1, and a long slot-shaped bolt hole 8 is provided along the inside of the spacing material 4.
A slidable rhombic tie plate 3 having a rail mounting groove 9, a spring clip mounting hole 10, and a bolt hole 11 is placed between the spacing members 40, and the bolt 7 is inserted into the bolt holes 8 and 11 to mount the rail. Place the rubber pad 5 on the groove 9, lay the rail 2 on the rubber pad 5, insert the spring clip 6 provided with the bolt hole 12 onto the bolt 7, and fit it into the spring clip mounting hole 10. This is a method of fastening a rail whose gauge can be adjusted freely, which is characterized in that the rail 2 is fastened with a nut 13.

In order to prevent the rhombic tie plate 3 that fixes the rail 2 to the square steel pipe sleeper 1 from moving laterally due to rail lateral pressure, and to allow the rhombic tie plate 3 to adjust the gauge, the rhombic tie plate 3 is set diagonally to the direction of the rail 2. In the present invention, by using such a method, the gauge can be freely obtained, so there is no need to accurately install the sleepers 1, and the slack can also be adjusted freely, and rail re-routing and gauge adjustment during maintenance work can be done from the vault 7. Not only can this be easily corrected by loosening the bolt holes, but since the bolt holes 8 are designed as adjustment holes in the longitudinal direction of the rail, mechanically the rail lateral pressure can be reduced by the diamond tie plate 3 and the spacing material 4. Since the spring clip 6 and the vault 7 are protected, only the simple action of tensile stress (i.e., tensile force) caused by rail pressure and rail bending stress occurs, so they can be firmly fastened with a simple structure without using adjustment fittings. be able to,
It is a method that can be repaired in a shorter time than conventional methods, and has significant industrial effects.
