Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一　　円周上の軸方向に長溝９を設けたシリンダーバレ
    ル１、シリンダーバレルの長溝に係合して摺動するロッ
    ド６を突設し前記シリンダーバレルに摺動自在に嵌合す
    るフリーピストン２、該フリーピストンを中央にしてシ
    リンダーバレルの両端のエンド力バー４．４′との間に
    画成される空間に密封構造で内挿される伸縮自在な一対
    のベローズ３゜３′、および３，３′内にそれぞれ通ず
    る流体ポート７．７′を有し、流体ポート７．７′を通
    じベローズ３．３′に作動流体を供給しベローズ３゜３
    ′の伸長、収縮によるフリーピストン２の推力を前記シ
    リンダーバレル１の長溝９を摺動子るロッド６により外
    部に取出すよう構成したことを特徴とする流体シリンダ
    ー。
