Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれの両端部に流体圧出入ポートを有する大径部を
    小径部とを一直線状に連設して成るシリンダ体と、この
    シリンダ体の大径部と小径部とを貫通して延長するロッ
    ドと、前記大径部においてその内壁に沿って気水密に摺
    動しかつ前記ロッドを囲繞する大ピストンと、この大ピ
    ストンに内蔵されてこのピストンをロッドに対してその
    軸線方向に拘束する流体圧作動９０ツク機構と、前記小
    径部においてその内壁に沿って気水密に摺動しかつ前記
    ロッドに固着される小ピストンとを備えて成る増力シリ
    ンダ。
