る流体ポート7.7′を有し、流体ポート7.7′を通
じベローズ3.3′に作動流体を供給しベローズ3゜3
′の伸長、収縮によるフリーピストン2の推力を前記シ
リンダーバレル1の長溝9を摺動子るロッド6により外
部に取出すよう構成したことを特徴とする流体シリンダ
